TERMS AND CONDITIONS:​

• You can pay in dollars by:
  - Payment by internet banking: contact us by mail or phone
  - Payment by credit card visa or mastercard on this website or by mail or phone.

• In case of cancellation, we will refund:

- Full refund: at least 30 days before your reservation
- 50% refund: at least 7 days before your reservation
- 25% refund: at least 48 hours before your reservation
- No refund: less than 48 hours.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures unless prior arrangement has been made. This includes delayed flights.
If you need to cancel, we will try to resell the reservation dates for you and honorably relieve you of paying for what we can resell, which is often possible. In case of a resale, you would only pay a 10% administrative fee.
Should I cancel reservation, I authorize "Casitas mar y Luz" to charge my credit card the amount owed under the terms of above cancellation policy.
